Kenya Baragwi Thimu (Light)
The Kenya PB Baragwi Thimu comes from the "Thimu" wet mill which is located in the Kirinyaga District. About 3,000 farmers use the Thimu wet mill to process the cherries from their harvest. The nearby river, Kiringa, provies fresh water which is extremely helpful for the community during the fermentation process for the coffee. The Baragwi farmers Co-op is actually named after the small village that the cooperative i located in. The rich volcanic soil in this area makes it ideal to produce the complex, acidity cofffees Kenya is known for.
