Mexico Dos Rios
This coffee is grown by the Hernandez family on a total of fewer than 3 hectares, in Puebla. The elevation here is higher than is generally seen in Mexico, and is ideal for heirloom varieties like Typica and Bourbon. The family delivers their coffee directly to the beneficio or mill in cherry form. Roasted for the dark coffee connoisseur, the cup highlights the toasted walnut and molasses flavors with a hint of citrus.
