El Salvador Pacas Estate
Historically, the Pacas Estate in El Salvador has produced some of the best coffee in Central America, often leading the charge to develop new and experimental methods of cultivating coffee. This particular coffee definitely reflects these efforts, with a unique and mellow flavor created by the use of wine yeast in the natural process fermentation. This allows for the bright tree fruit notes to be well balanced by much sweeter vanilla notes.
